Baby Eats Pasta for Protein and so does Momma!

If your tired or bored of turning to an animal source for protein, then here’s a great alternative to get at least 25 grams in one serving.  Organic Mung Bean Fettuccine or Black Bean Spaghetti by Explore Asian.  The texture is great and cooks in about 7 minutes.  Luna, 2 years old, loves it plain and eats it as a snack or as part of a meal.  When tight for time, as always, I throw it in a bowl with some fresh tomato sauce – Yum!  You can find this at good old Whole Foods Market – I basically live in this place!  Enjoy!
