Cut the Cardio!

Do you ever see people on the treadmill, elliptical, bike, stair climber, or cardio classes for hours on end… Yes, I said hours… These people, mostly women, are doing more cardio than their body needs.  They are doing more cardio than energy they have to burn.  Yes, they MIGHT be thin, MIGHT. Yes, they WILL be flabby, unless they are consuming the proper amount of fuel to merritt that amount of cardio which is probably unlikely.  Basically, if you do not eat properly and consume the proper amount of food/fuel needed, your body will eat itself.  Your body will cannibalize the muscles you want, to give you that toned and tight look.  Ladies, hit the weights and relax on that cardio.  The most body transforming results come from weight bearing exercises along with proper eating.  Don’t be afraid to use weights, it takes A LOT to get bulky and big, A LOT!
