Consistency is key.  Staying athletic, staying functional, staying healthy, eating clean, being well is not mind boggling.  Keep it simple and you will accomplish what you put your mind to.  Incorporate your exercise time into your schedule as a consistent appointment, whether it be at a gym or in your home or outside.  No excuses because your workouts can be 20 minutes to 30 minutes if you’re tight for time -make it intense and nonstop.  Stick to three times a week to start and then increase it if you can.  You can wake up a little earlier and start your day off energized! Ask your partner or kids to join you… You can do this! Easy!
