Chia Instead of Sugary Juices

Mamma Chia is a smarter choice than those sugar filled, dyed, and God knows what else is in those juices kids drink.  Luna loves this stuff. It’s organic, loaded with Chia Seeds, and nothing artificial in it.  Not bad on the sugar either – 14grams in the whole bottle and Luna only drinks a quarter to a half.  This also has 2500mg of Omega-3s, 95mg of calcium, 4grams of protein and 6grams of fiber.  Not bad for a tasty treat!  Yes, you know who carries it … Whole Foods.

PS. I will get more into Chia Seeds very soon.  Need to get some sleep!
