Bean Chips, The Healthier Chip

I’m always looking for safe, healthy snacks that can allow Luna to expand her taste buds and be a kid.  Most kids and adults like, maybe even love chips of any kind.  These are chips made from black beans with ingredients you can pronounce and recognize!  The serving size is 12 chips which pretty darn good for a snack, contains 4g of protein, only 15g of carbohydrates, 5g of fiber and even has 260mg of potassium.  I combine this with 2 tablespoons of hummus and that should keep you going through the afternoon.  Luna eats around 4 or 5 chips dipped in less than a tablespoon of hummus.  It’s just fun for her to reach into the bag and dip into the hummus.
