Luna’s Lunch – Yum!

Luna always has a hot lunch that I prepare in advance.  Yes, that is the magic word or words, PREPARE IN ADVANCE. THINK AHEAD!  

Organic, baked chicken cutlets are an easy source of protein to keep in stock in the fridge for a quick bite for me or Luna.  

Broccoli super power food that has sooooo many great properties – high in Vitamin C & A, high in fiber, anti-inflammatory and prevents cancer.  

Lentils, love my lentils! – I keep a big bowl of lentil soup in the fridge as well – easy to scoop out a cup and snack – high in iron, magnesium, folate, fiber and gives you energy while stabilizing blood sugar.  

After lunch, Luna munched on some raspberries – containing one of the highest diversity of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory phytonutrients of most foods – eat up!
