Dinnertime!

Dinnertime for Luna and Mommy! 

Luna ate one homemade turkey meatball made with Ezekial bread for breadcrumbs, one egg, sprinkle of parmesan cheese (Luna NEVER has dairy except for in a meatball), splash of homemade cashew milk, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder – Ooops! I have to measure next time, I like to estimate ingredients. Sautéed spinach with garlic and olive oil, Andean Dreams quinoa pasta.  Plus half of a bunch of asparagus that was part of my dinner.  Oh and part of my burger.  Yes, she is a bottomless pit – a healthy one at that! 😉

Mommy ate grass-fed buffalo meat burger, baked asparagus drizzled with olive oil and left over steamed string beans.

 

** For babies, either dish can be puréed for a meal.  You’d be surprised what your little babe will eat! (7+ months)

 

Keep It Simple!  Makes life A LOT easier!
