Day 3 Workout- Back and Abs

Today, I only had 30 minutes to workout.  Here’s what I did with no rest in between or after rounds.

Round One

Independent single arm isolated high row machine   110lbs   12-10-10-8
Roman chair straight leg leg lifts 5lbs ankle weights each leg   4X15

 Round Two

Lat pulldown   120lbs 10-10,  100lbs 10-10
Reverse flys dumbells 15lbs 10, 12lbs 10-10-10
Decline crunches w 10lbs plate 4×18

Round Three

Hyper extensions 25lbs plate 4×12
Plank 4x60sec

Post workout – Whey protein shake with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 1/2 cups almond milk, 1 teaspoon chopped almonds
