Day Three of Getting Those Abs

All about what you eat when trying to achieve those six pack abs.  As the saying goes, “abs are made in the kitchen,” and they sure are!  Day 3 and I have continued to reduce my fat percentage by increasing my carbohydrates (veggies).  I still have to increase my calorie intake because of the calories I burn during my workouts, which is not reflected in this calorie count below.
