Lowering Fat Percentage – Challenge Day 5

Day 5 of this challenge to obtain “the six-pack!”  I have managed to lower my fat percentage of food I’m eating by raising my complex carbohydrates – yes, that’s the way to do it – believe it or not.   I wasn’t eating enough complex carbohydrates before this which can interfere in muscle growth – an imbalance in anything isn’t good.  I still have to lower the fat just a wee bit more 🙂   Plus, I still have to increase calories because of how active I am… Imagine, I have to eat more!!!
