Lowering Daily Fat Percentage

This chart is from “Myfitnesspal” APP and it shows the breakdown of food by percentage.  It’s very helpful if you are trying to better your eating habits or fine tune them.  So, this was my result for today.  I’m happy with the totals, but still waaaay under calorie intake.  I basically need to break over 2000-2500 calories a day for what my body burns. One thing at a time, right?! 

What I ate today to get these results:

Breakfast:
5 Egg whites
1 yolk
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup baked yam
Jasmine-Green tea

Snack: Protein shake
2 scoops Dymatize whey protein vanilla
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1/2 cup ice

Lunch: Huge salad
5 cups mixed greens
1 Roma tomato
1/4 cup garbanzo beans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Bragg apple cider vinegar
2 turkey meatballs made with Ezekiel breadcrumbs

Snack: Protein shake
2 scoops Source organic raw whey protein
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water

Snack: 2 oz chicken cutlet

Dinner:
1/2 bunch broccoli rabe
4 oz turkey burger

Snack: Protein shake
2 scoops Source organic raw whey protein
1 tspn cinnamon
1 cup water
