Chia Cashew Milk Pudding

Healthy baby & toddler snack OR breakfast! Great for us grown ups too! Chia pudding is packed with healthy fats, protein, and complex carbs to fuel our bodies.  This is SIMPLE and EASY to make… So here’s how to make your own chia pudding…


1 cup homemade cashew milk – recipe on earlier posts ( you can use any non dairy milk of choice)

2 1/2 tbsp organic chia seeds (I use Navitas)

1 tbsp organic rolled oats ( I use Bob’s Redmill)

I don’t like to add any sweeteners, but you can add a 1/2 teaspoon of organic raw agave or sweetener of your choice

Pinch of cinnamon if you don’t make the cashew milk because I add it in there


Place all ingredients in a glass container, I simple use a drinking glass or mason jar.  

Stir often for 10-15 minutes, then I normally let this sit overnight in the fridge or if pressed for time for less than an hour.  

Top with berries, granola, nuts or whatever you like.
