Black Bean and Red Lentil Pasta

I love my pasta like most people and so does Luna.  I do not eat it often, but when I do it’s usually Explore Asian made out of beans or Andean Dreams made from quinoa.  One of my favorite people, Tina at thefitgreengoddess.com, found these little gems above at Whole Foods – my home away from home!  This pasta above by Tolerant is made from ONLY red lentils or ONLY black beans – I LOVE this! Calories can be a little high if you don’t measure the serving size (3 oz) – great on a refeed day!

**BABIES – cook pasta following directions on box, puree in food processor.  You can add fresh tomato sauce into the puree too, baby will love it!
