Homemade Ice Pops That Are Good For You

on August 10, 2014

Yesterday, I finally received my Zoku mini pop molds.  LOVE Zoku because they have amazing products that are BPA FREE! (Available at Zokuhome.com, Amazon.com, William-sonoma.com)  Sooo, we decided to make healthy ice pops for Luna and welllll me too 😉

First, batch was organic watermelon ice pops. Cube the watermelon and smashed it with a fork to leave texture in the ice pop OR it can be blended up and completely smooth.  Cucumber can be added as well for a tasty and refreshing combination – I would blend and then add it.

Second batch, my homemade coconut yogurt (recipe found in older posts). I simply made it and poured it into the molds.  Very ripe, mashed banana can be added with a pinch of cinnamon too OR your favorite fruit OR favorite nut butter!

Enjoy!
