Simple Smoothies

Luna and I have been taking advantage of the summer weather and creating simple, easy smoothies-juices.  The first one we made was simply pineapple blended up, the second was watermelon and pineapple blended up.  Both so refreshing and delicious.  I also froze some of each into the Zoku mini ice pop molds for Luna.

Third smoothie I will make tomorrow (hopefully) is …

  • 2 3/4 cups cashew milk (see previous posts for recipe)
  • 3 1/2 cups pineapple
  • 3/4 cup avocado
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder 
  • 1 tablespoon mint
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until  smooth 

Keep it simple! Enjoy!
