Strawberry Swirl Coconut Yogurt

Super easy, nutritious, fresh and light.  Great for toddlers, kids and adults.  

Blend strawberries to make a smoothie consistency and add to homemade coconut yogurt (see previous posts)  

I used 1/4 cup of blended strawberries to 1 1/2 cups yogurt, but you can mix and match to your taste preference  🙂

To cut the tartness, just add one Medjool date (soak 10 min in boiling hot water to soften)
