Detoxing Your Body The Easy Way

 One of the easiest and simplest ways to detox your body is by using good old apple cider vinegar.  I use Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.  Here’s what you do – 

1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar

1 glass of water 8 ounces

Drink when you wake up in the morning and before bedtime 

It’s really that simple and easy!

 

Some other benefits of apple cider vinegar are:

– Potent antimicrobial and kills bad bacteria such as candida

– Aids digestion

– Improves insulin sensitivity and significantly lowers blood sugar responses during meals and fasting (when we sleep)

– Promotes healthy gut flora

– Helps break up mucous throughout the body and cleanse the lymph nodes.  Reduction of mucous helps lessen allergies and sinus congestion.

– Helps detoxify the liver

– Helps regulate the body’s Ph level, promoting glowing skin

– Lowers cholesterol

– Cardiovascular benefits

– Removes stains from teeth

– Prevents certain types of cancer and is said to shrink tumors

– Can be used as a toner for your face and fades dark spots or acne scars

– Can be used as mouthwash

– Adds shine to hair if used as a rinse

– Even keeps fleas off your pets

 

Remember, the best way to keep your body clean and free of toxins is by eating correctly.  Fresh, organic, unprocessed foods should nourish your body.  Parsley, garlic, beets, cauliflower, dandelion greens and roots,  are just some foods that will naturally aid detox your body – I always incorporate these in my meals or juices.  You are what you eat!  Eat clean!
