Tater Tots – The Guilt Free Version!

I’m pretty sure most everyone loves tater tots, as it brings comfort and childhood memories… and they taste sooo good!  Well, here’s a little twist that makes these super healthy, filled with vitamins and antioxidants, and without all the fat.   They really do taste delicious!  Luna ate them all, except for the one that she chose to share with me!  These are great for all ages!

🌟Sweet Potato Tater Tots🌟

🔸1 medium sweet potato (2 cups)
🔸1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
🔸1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
🔸2 tablespoons oat bran
🔸1 tablespoon coconut flour
🔸1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
🔸2 egg whites
🔸bake sweet potato for 45 minutes at 400F
🔸mash sweet potato
🔸combine all ingredients
🔸scoop out 2 teaspoons for each rolled ball
🔸place on baking sheet and brush/spray with olive oil
🔸place in oven at 375F for 15-20 minutes
🔸can be placed under broiler for last few minutes to crisp or brown

🔸eat up!!!
