Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies!?!

Ever wonder what to do with the remaining almond meal in your nut bag after making almond milk? Here’s a tasty, healthy treat to make with it!

RECIPE
🌻1 1/2 cup almond meal (packed in cup)
🌻1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
🌻1 whole egg
🌻1 egg white
🌻3 tablespoons coconut oil
🌻2 tablespoons raw agave
🌻1/2 teaspoon baking powder
🌻1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌻1/4 Himalayan sea salt
🌻1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS
🔸Preheat oven to 375F
🔸Whisk eggs until doubled in volume
🔸Mix all ingredients together
🔸Let dough sit for 30 minutes in fridge
🔸Roll dough into 1 inch balls then press down to flatten a little
🔸Bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown
