Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies!?!

Ever wonder what to do with the remaining almond meal in your nut bag after making almond milk? Here’s a tasty, healthy treat to make with it!

RECIPE
๐ŸŒป1 1/2 cup almond meal (packed in cup)
๐ŸŒป1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
๐ŸŒป1 whole egg
๐ŸŒป1 egg white
๐ŸŒป3 tablespoons coconut oil
๐ŸŒป2 tablespoons raw agave
๐ŸŒป1/2 teaspoon baking powder
๐ŸŒป1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
๐ŸŒป1/4 Himalayan sea salt
๐ŸŒป1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS
๐Ÿ”ธPreheat oven to 375F
๐Ÿ”ธWhisk eggs until doubled in volume
๐Ÿ”ธMix all ingredients together
๐Ÿ”ธLet dough sit for 30 minutes in fridge
๐Ÿ”ธRoll dough into 1 inch balls then press down to flatten a little
๐Ÿ”ธBake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown
