Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

How many versions of chocolate chip cookies can there possibly be?!?  Seems like there’s endless combinations out there, but I bring you the healthy, guiltless ones… Eat up!  🙂

🍪Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies🍪

▪️1/2 cup coconut flour
▪️1/2 cup quinoa flour
▪️1/4 teaspoon baking soda
▪️Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
▪️1 1/2 tablespoons agave
▪️2 tablespoons almond milk
▪️2 egg whites
▪️1/4 cup coconut oil melted
▪️1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

🍪Preheat oven to 350F
🍪Mix dry ingredients in bowl
🍪Mix wet ingredients in another bowl
🍪Combine dry into wet

🍪Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and shape into a circle
🍪Place on baking sheet or parchment paper
🍪Bake for 8-12 minutes
🍪Let cool for 5 minutes

I put some almond butter on top… totally optional… yum!

Sunday’s are my day with Luna and one of our treats is Starbucks.  Luna loves her foam 😛
