Zucchini Fries

You know me; always looking for healthy snacks, foods, meals… Here’s an incredibly delicious, crunchy, flavor filled dish! ย This is kid friendly, filled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, helps regulate blood sugar, has antimicrobial benefits, and even supports prostate health.

๐ŸŒŸZucchini Fries!๐ŸŒŸ

๐ŸŸAll ingredients organic
๐ŸŸ2 Zucchinis cut in half lengthwise then cut again lengthwise into 1/2 inch sticks
๐ŸŸ2 egg whites
๐ŸŸ1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs or process Ezekiel bread into crumbs or use your choice
๐ŸŸ1 tablespoon imported parmesan cheese
๐ŸŸ1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
๐ŸŸ1/4 teaspoon onion powder
๐ŸŸ1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
๐ŸŸ1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
๐ŸŸPinch of Himalayan sea salt

๐ŸŒŸPreheat oven to 425F
๐ŸŒŸBeat egg whites in one dish
๐ŸŒŸMix dry ingredients in a separate dish
๐ŸŒŸDip zucchini entirely into egg
๐ŸŒŸThen dip into breadcrumb mixture
๐ŸŒŸPlace sticks on parchment paper
๐ŸŒŸ Bake for 15-20 minutes

**You can use dips such as hummus and guacamole
