How To Make Homemade Almond Flour

Why make your own almond flour? It’s beyond easy and cost effective… and it’s fresh! 

Here’s how:

💗Add 1-2 cups of almonds to food processor or high speed blender (Vitamix, Ninja, etc)
** Do not blend more than 2 cups at a time because it will create too much oil from nut
💗Pulse 3 times for 20 seconds each time
💗Pour 1/2 cup into stainless steal sifter and sift out flour into a clean bowl and repeat until done
💗Store flour in glass container- mason jars are great
💗Remaining little almonds can be tossed or used for baking. They won’t blend to flour because of oil on them
