20 Minutes on StairClimber Level 7 & 8

 

Round One – NO REST IN BETWEEN

Kettlebells front swings  4 sets/15 reps 20kg   

Leaning one arm lateral raises 4 sets/12 reps 25lbs, 10 reps 30lbs. 10 reps 30lbs, 12 reps 25lbs

Reverse crunch on decline bench 4 sets/20 reps

 

Round Two -NO REST IN BETWEEN

Shoulder front raise 4 sets/12 reps 25lbs, 12 reps 27.5lbs, 10 reps 27.5lbs, 10 reps 25lbs

Kettlebells overhead press 4 sets/15 reps 16kg

Cable crunches 4 sets/20reps 40lbs, 20 reps 35lbs, 20 reps 30lbs, 20 reps 30lbs

 

Round Three – NO REST IN BETWEEN

Bent over rear delt raises 4 sets/12 reps 20lbs, 10reps 15lbs, 10 reps 15lbs, 10 reps 12.5lbs

Rotator cuff field goals 4 sets/15 reps 12lbs

 

Round Four – NO REST IN BETWEEN

One arm cable reverse fly 4 sets/15 reps 7lbs

Plank on Swiss ball with alternating one leg up 4 sets/1:30seconds
